Combining afrobeats, amapiano, pop musics and traditional sounds, Zily flattens the boundaries between tradition and modernity, paying tribute to her roots, inherited from Mayotte and Madagascar.
Her energy, her costumes, and her texts inspired by the scenes of daily life, are an ode to love and the peace, that her first eponymous EP « Imani na Amani » which was released in 2022 perfectly illustrates. Her fight for women and for the recognition of the cultures of Mayotte makes her a key ambassador of the Indian Ocean.
